Late-night munchies? Want some American grub after going out to a bar/club or after a severe case of jet-lag? City Diner it is! Easily identified with the typical neon "City Diner" sign on the outside. Inside, the chairs are atypically suede, quite comfortable. And the menu is, well, BIG, with a wide selection of over 100 items, especially eggs-based items, sandwiches and burgers. They advertise it as "all day breakfast" with "American-size" portions (ie big portions), which is true. We've heard some serious complaints about the service, but what can you expect from waitors who really want to be at home in bed at 3am?
