Jade is a real gem. It's hidden on the 2nd floor of the modern Xintiandi
mall, so it's a bit like a secret... which so many people
seem to know about. Even though Crystal Jade cannot possibly
have much foot-traffic, word gets around because
of the quality of the food. Fabulous
Dim
Sum
and
superb
fresh "la
mian" noodles. The decor of the restaurant is
certainly attractive. We like the red abstract patterns on
the glass columns, and the lighting of the long table
in the centre of the restaurant is appealing. Crystal
Jade Restaurant should not be missed, simply for
the quality of the cuisine.
